Ingredients

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled

  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise

  • 2 tablespoons plain yogurt

  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

  • lemon juice

  • salt

  • paprika

  • Description 

  • Step : 

    1 Make hard-bubbled eggs


    Step: 2 

    Slice 6 eggs down the middle, the long way.

    Step : 3 

  • Eliminate the yolks and mix them by hand with mayonnaise, plain yogurt, Dijon mustard, a spurt of lemon squeeze, and salt to taste.

  • Step: 4 

  • Spoon the combination back into the whites. Dust with paprika
