6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons plain yogurt
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
lemon juice
salt
paprika

1 Make hard-bubbled eggs

Slice 6 eggs down the middle, the long way.
Step : 3
Eliminate the yolks and mix them by hand with mayonnaise, plain yogurt, Dijon mustard, a spurt of lemon squeeze, and salt to taste.

Spoon the combination back into the whites. Dust with paprika
