American Chicken

An exceptionally scrumptious chicken dish with a delightful tomato and onion sauce.
Fixings
8 chicken drumsticks skin on
3 garlic cloves squashed
3/4 cup pureed tomatoes
2 tbs earthy colored sugar
1 tbs Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup Massel* Chicken Style Fluid Stock
2 onions enormous meagerly cut
1 tbs oil
Strategy
In a pot fry garlic in oil.
Add pureed tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, stock and sugar. Stew for 5 minutes blending periodically.
In a griddle earthy colored chicken on the two sides and delicately fry for a couple of moments. Place in a meal dish and pour sauce blend on top of the chicken.
Heat uncovered at 180C.
Following 15 minutes put cut onion on top and season.
Prepare for 35 minutes more, seasoning at regular intervals.
